COLONIA ALPINA "S. MARCO" has a large kitchen, cafeteria, dinning room, theater/movie room, meeting rooms and can sleep up to 60 people.

REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES / INSTALLMENT:

The installment and expenses are articulated per period as follow:

 The activities are divided with regard to the periods as follows:

SUMMER - HIGH SEASON
From June 20 to September 5

SUMMER - LOW SEASON
From April 1 to June 19 - from September 6 to September 30

WINTER - HIGH SEASON
From '8 December to 6 January - from January 30 to February 21.

WINTER - LOW SEASON
From October 1 to December 7 - from January 7 to January 29
from February 21 to March 31

- Right to use the ground floor of the building "A" for social events and garden without heating - € 650 per day expenses than any costs of cleaning

- Right to use the ground floor of the building "A" for social events and garden with heating - € 1,000 per day expenses than any costs of cleaning

- Minimum fixed expenses for self-management € 300 / day plus' cost for each guest

- Supplement for single or double room € 10 in piu 'per person per day

- Rental of sheets and pillow € 3 to change

- € 1.5 Single Towel hire

- Daily charge for remaking bed € 2.5 per person

- 20% discount for the disabled and children under 12 years

- Free for children under 3 years old

- Priority 'requests for accommodation requested by the City of Venice to be done in agreement

- Priority to agreements with public and associations with a view to social activities

C) SUMMER AND AUTUMN BREAKS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE TOWN OF VENICE AND NEIGHBORS

€ 435.00 for each period of stay of 14 nights timetable fixed by the second with a deposit of € 60.00 per person prior to booking

 

D) Events:

- Incentives social help to the family

   - Marriage, church and celebrant included expenses from € 35.00 per person (the banquet will be prepared with local products) includes full board for 2 days for the married couple (with a minimum of 30 people)

  

 - Youth Socialization:

  Youth Day in Cologne expenses from € 250.00 (with a guaranteed minimum of 30 persons to a maximum 60 people) includes local events for up to 12 hours if requested additional services charged separately (a cake to celebrate meeting etc. ..)

- Dating different social
- Reimbursement initiatives with different coffee break € 7.00 per person (minimum 20 people)

- Expenses other initiatives without coffee break € 5.00 per person (minimum 20 people)

 

- Social gathering lunch or dinner:

- Dinner in the Dark expenses from € 35.00 per person (to raise awareness of the problems of the visually impaired)

- Dinner for various social initiatives expenses from € 35.00 per person

- Lunch or dinner for guests visiting the colony expenses € 12.00 per person

- Social Aggregation elderly and young families through culture:

- Shows exhibition in cinema with the minimum expenses (with costs to guard against the organizer insurance and housing)

- A glass room for socialization courses € 40.00 per night from 19.00 to 23.00 with warehouse storage equipment, laboratory and cleaned by the tenant agency
